Parent Organization: University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh
The purpose of this club is to analyze and investigate various forms of oppression including, but not limited to, sexism, racism, homophobia, and religious oppression that are occurring both on campus and in the community. In addition to discussing these topics, we also host events on campus to raise awareness of important issues and volunteer in the community to fight for equality and justice in the Oshkosh area. While Social Justice minors are especially encouraged to join, membership is open to any interested campus or community members.
All organizations that have obtained recognition are entitled to a voting seat in the OSA Assembly. An Assembly seat allows you to communicate with other organizations as well as advocate for campus involvement. If your oganization would like an Assembly seat, you must choose one of your members as a representative. Your organization may choose an alternate, if your regular representative cannot attend a meeting. Weekly meetings are Mondays at 4pm in Reeve Union. Would you like a voting seat in Assembly?

I understand that ALL recognized Club/Orgs including Sport Clubs MUST attend Registered Student Organization Training (RSOT) on September 29, 2014 at 4:00 - 6:00 PM in Reeve Ballroom, 207. Failure to attend will impact the groups' recognition status. Attendance will be taken at the end of the training.
Recognized Student Organizations must be in good standing with the university. The re-recognition paperwork must be approved by the Oshkosh Student Association (OSA). The organization representative completing this paperwork will receive an approval email after the paperwork is accepted by OSA.
